楊承運，1990年出生於台灣，2016年畢業於國立暨南國際大學社會政策與社會工作研究所。從事空間及建築攝影，社會工作的部分主要關注親密關係議題及國際援助。
在助人工作中與生命成長歷程中感受到情感關係的固著與流離。若有足夠的耐性、真誠與幸運，可以看見關係中無形的情緒流動，感受無常的關係並將其轉化成可視物件，透過創作及共同創作再述其中的真善美，以影像及裝置為主要創作媒材。

Cheng-Yun Yang was born in Taiwan in 1990. He received the B.S degree and M.S degree from National Chi Nan University in social policy and social work. He devotes himself to helping people suffered from intimate partner violence, where he founds the complexity and profundity in life and relationships. His work mainly focuses on issues of relationship. He attempts to retell the truth, goodness and beauty in life through creation.

楊承運1990年に台湾で生まれる。2016年に台湾国立〇南国際大学の社会政策と社会福祉研究所を卒業。現在は主に、パートナー等からのDV被害を受けている被害者を対象に仕事をしている。仕事を通して感じているのは、人生とは固執する事と流離いとの入り交じりであり、理解する事の難しさを痛感する。言うなれば、理解しがたい神秘的な悪夢に翻弄されている状態である。私に根気と全うな心意気があるならば、今後もこの関係性を追及したい。そして今後も映像や写真のインストレーションを駆使し創作活動を続けていくつもりである。
